Due to abusive customers we've had to cancel our call and collect service on Friday and Saturday evenings. When we started this service most of the orders came over the phone. That's now changed as we now get as many phone orders as we do customers calling in without ordering. We then have to tell them we're fulfilling phone orders and they'll have to wait and this is when the verbal abuse starts. I won't tolerate my staff being subjected to abuse hence the need to cancel the service.
